The long-awaited National Cookie Day arrives on 4 December, bringing with it a welcome excuse to indulge in something sweet. This year, a small London bakery is preparing to mark the occasion by giving away hundreds of its popular NYC-style cookies.

Chocolate Dino Bakery is an award-winning spot tucked away on Kennington Road, known for its bright yellow shopfront and friendly neighbourhood feel. Since opening, they've quietly built a loyal following for their delicious brunch dishes, speciality coffee, indulgent cookies, and Belgian chocolate brownies.

The bakery's NYC-style cookies have become something of an icon – large, crisp around the edges and gooey in the middle. To celebrate National Cookie Day, the team is giving away 700 of these cookies to visitors for free, on a first-come, first-served basis, between 11 am and 6 pm.

There are a few steps to follow for anyone hoping to get their hands on one. Simply download the Chocolate Dino app, enter the code NCD25 in the voucher box, and wait for a special stamp card titled 'National Cookie Day 4.12 Giveaway' to appear. The card will activate automatically on 4 December, unlocking your tasty treat.
