Chef Jackson Boxer's Covent Garden spot, Henri, is teaming up with Umai Caviar for a playful little pop-up called The Snack Packs, taking everyday snacks and giving them the kind of glow-up that involves pearls of caviar and a martini on the side.
Umai is the cooler younger sibling of N25 Caviar, and they're all about making luxury a little less buttoned-up. On the menu, you'll find duck fat fries, house mayo, and a generous 15g dollop of Umai's Modern Caviar. It's called Fries on the Prize and it's going for £28 with a Black Cow vodka martini, or, opt for £30 for two.
It's running daily from noon 'til close, and it's actually kind of affordable considering you're spooning caviar onto chips. No dress code, no special occasion required. Just turn up and treat yourself.
