Aqua Nueva, a Spanish restaurant located in the heart of Regent Street, has just announced a delicious new brunch menu available on Saturdays from 12 to 2.45 p.m.
The brunch menu costs just £45 per person and includes a range of tasty small plates and signature dishes. The tapas dishes pay homage to high-quality Spanish cuisine, including highlights such as platters for the table piled with rustic tomato bread with spicy Chorizo Iberico and traditional Manchego cheese; fried Padrón peppers, tangy Goat's cheese and sweet marmalade; Iberico ham, and Gildas.
The main signature dishes include one per person and include options like braised beef short rib with potato gratin, pan-fried salmon with grilled seasonal vegetables, a vegetarian artichoke flower, sweet Jerusalem artichoke puree, and black garlic salt. For an additional cost, you can add on free-flowing cocktails and Cava.
For dessert, you'll get to enjoy glazed churros with zesty orange marmalade for dipping, all washed down with a patrón-based cocktail, available both inside the restaurant and on the sunny terrace.
