Connaught Village has unveiled an evening of festive fun and dazzling Christmas lights, marked by a special Christmas celebration on 21 November. The Christmas evening will include a pop-up festive tasting market at 55-57 Connaught St with drop-in workshops, choir performances, and late-night trade and exclusive in-store offers at the many shops and eateries. The lights will be illuminated from 11 November across this charming neighbourhood.
This quaint village, which is situated a stone's throw from Marble Arch and Oxford Street, will come to life with a line-up of festivities. From singing along to choir performances and getting involved in creative workshops to curated festive menus featuring seasonal tipples and dishes, there's pockets of Christmas joy around every corner. Visitors can expect:
- Pop-up Christmas tasting market: The pop-up Christmas Market will feature a selection of seasonal tasting bites from the likes of mulled wine and mince pies from The Stablehand, basque cheesecakes from La Maritxu, pastries from the newly opened Boxcar Bread and Wine and more. Even learn how to make a Christmas collage card at a drop-in workshop session. Located at 55-57 Connaught St from 4pm – 7pm.
- Christmas carols: Sing along to Christmas classics with live choir performances bringing Christmas cheer!
- Children's stamp collection: Children will be invited to collect unique stamps from selected stores, with the first to complete the collection winning a Connaught Village Christmas hamper. Simply pick up the cards at Something For Everyone at 8 Porchester Place, then visit the stores to collect your stamps and be in the chance to win!
- Something for Everyone pop up store: Find wonderful stocking fillers and unique gifts at the incredible pop-up store which features illustrated prints, hand painted Christmas decorations by Rob Flowers, gift cards and more.
- Can't-miss offers: Connaught Village's renowned brands will also join the festive fun with seasonal offers, in-store events, and complimentary treats and hot drinks available throughout the neighbourhood including exclusive festive edit collection from independent luxury shop The Place and a special 10 per cent off on jewellery and other accessories for those seeking a winter wedding from Bridal Rogue Gallery.
There's even more happening in the village with a programme of offers and activities from Connaught Village's restaurants and retailers. Faeger shop in collaboration with VED COOKS have launched a Christmas collection featuring hand-dyed, oversized linen door bows and Christmas stockings, a Christmas wreath-making workshop will be hosted by Boxcar, and The Royal Lancaster London is elevating the holiday season with a luxurious Christmas Day Bottomless Brunch that can't be missed!
