National Burger Day (21 August) is nearly here, and Zula, the new burger spot with a serious cult following, is marking the occasion with something special. They've teamed up with UK hot honey makers Dr Sting's to create the 'Thai Honey Burger', a limited-edition burger that's available until 31 August.

Created by ZULA founder and executive chef Cihan Kipcak, the burger layers a tangy Thai sauce of ginger, coriander and lime mayo with a generous drizzle of Dr Sting's small-batch hot honey, finished with melted cheese and tucked into a fresh brioche bun baked in-house each morning.

If you haven't met Dr Sting's yet, they're the UK duo (chef Ben Lippett and designer Jamie Kaye) behind a Brooklyn-inspired hot honey made with 100% blossom honey, organic chillies and apple cider vinegar.

The Thai Honey Burger will be available from 21–31 August, midday to 5pm daily.
