A Stockholm favourite, the Fabrique bakery uses natural ingredients and long-established techniques to bake sourdough bread and artisanal pastries in their stone ovens. The bakery is especially known for its tasty kanelbullar, traditional Swedish cinnamon buns. The Covent Garden branch has a few tables where you can enjoy a cup of coffee with your baked goods.
