Since the middle of the 20th century, Apadana has been providing an authentic Persian dining experience in Kensington. The restaurant is fitted out with typical, showy Persian decor and throws its doors open wide in nice weather. The menu features traditional Persian delicacies, from platters of hot and cold mezze to mains such as meat skewers, hearty stews, saffron rice, mixed grill plates, the catch of the day and more. The drinks menu likewise features authentic Persian potions and alcoholic drinks inspired by the Shah's social gatherings.
