Opened in 2023 at the London Fields site previously occupied by Bright, Bambi is a wine bar and restaurant where music is important. Head to this hip spot by day for coffee and deli sandwiches or visit in the evening for tempting small plates like arancini, as well as low-intervention wines and cocktails. The space is contemporary, has a serious sound system, and hosts DJ sets to keep the party going.

I really liked this place. The food was excellent, and the vibes were really cool (DJs on Thurs, Fri and Sat). The wine was good, but the spicy margs were bad, hence the four stars. But other than that, FAB.
