On the south end of Blackfriars Bridge, Doggett's is one of those big, slightly timeworn pubs that feels like it's been part of the river forever. It's a Nicholson's spot, so think familiar pints and straightforward pub grub. What it does have is space, which is rare around here. There's a decent beer garden on the river path, plus multiple floors to spread out on, some with Thames views if you time it right.
