Hidden away beneath the Soho branch of the El Patron taquerias, El Siete is a cocktail bar specialising in agave-based drinks. As hinted at by the name, the menu features seven takes on margaritas, seven inventive agave cocktails, and seven reworked classics, plus an equal number of alcohol-free options, all backed by a range of mezcals and tequilas for sipping. To go with your drink, they serve a selection of snacks made with El Pastor's own heirloom-corn tortillas.
