Gordon's Wine Bar

Gordon’s Wine Bar is a London institution. Established in 1890, it’s the oldest wine bar in the city and is still a hit with wine drinkers today. When you’re here you can sample wines from around the world in a setting that’s packed with rich heritage. The distinctive weathered interior is full of wood panelling, framed photos, chalkboards, and old bottles. If you prefer, you can catch some sun with a drink on the outdoor terrace.

On the wine list you’ll discover an extensive collection, with many options available by the glass. Specials are also displayed on black chalkboards around the bar area. A simple food menu is available, with a focus on the extensive selection of cheese. Wine pairings are suggested for every cheese on the menu, and there’s also a monthly special cheese. You can also choose cold snacks like scotch eggs and pork pies, meaty sharing boards, and a selection of other sharing boards including a vegetarian mezze and a vegan board that includes cashew cheese.
