Situated in a Shoreditch basement, Parasol is a hip subterranean cocktail bar from the folks behind the Discount Suit Company. The signature house cocktails are accompanied by a regularly changing food menu and bar snacks, and there's a wine list to peruse as well. On the ambiance end of things, DJ keep the vibes coming.
