Formerly the Zima restaurant, Sova is a wine and vinyl listening bar launched by the same team. Seating around 40 guests across counter stools, tables, and a small pavement terrace, the bar spotlights low-intervention and skin-contact wines from Georgia, Armenia, Ukraine, and other countries in the region, accompanied by Slavic-inspired small plates.
