Studio Frantzén is the first UK opening of celebrated Swedish chef Björn Frantzén, whose eponymous three Michelin-starred flagship in Stockholm is a fixture on the World's 50 Best Restaurants list. His trademark cuisine, a blend of Nordic and Asian inspirations, finds a new home at Harrods, in an elegant Scandi-design space that boasts the famed department store's first rooftop terrace. Expected signature Frantzén dishes, along with twists on British icons, for example sticky toffee pudding with miso caramel, bourbon, sesame ice cream and candied pecans.
