The Devonshire Soho

Good to know: The Devonshire was crowned Gastropub of the Year at the 2024 National Restaurant Awards.
Additional information: The Devonshire boasts a three-metre bespoke wood ember grill, the first of its kind in the UK, and the biggest on-site aging chamber in central London.

The first joint pub from a pair of industry veterans, former The Guinea Grill landlord Oisin Rogers and Flat Iron founder Charlie Carroll, The Devonshire is a traditional pub with contemporary gastronomical flair. The ground-floor pub serves drinks and homemade bar food, while the restaurant above features ambitious wood ember grilling, including dry-aged Scottish beef, day-boat fish, Oban langoustines, and more. The in-house butcher and bakery also help ensure it's all as fresh as it gets.
