Currently operating under the Umbrella brand are the award-winning neighbourhood bars Discount Suit Company and The Sun Tavern, both beloved London spots. This secret drinking den is tucked away in a yard in the backstreets of Shoreditch, where there's only space for a dozen guests at a time. It's the place where bartenders test experimental, off-menu drinks – some of which may eventually make their way to DSC's menu. It's the perfect spot for guests to sample new concoctions before they're officially introduced.
