Trisha's AKA New Evaristo Club is a legendary jazz dive in Soho, hidden behind an easy-to-miss blue door and down some dodgy stairs. Originally a gambling den, the modest Soho bar has welcomed illustrious patrons such as Anthony Bourdain and Jarvis Cocker, but has retained a sense of cosy familiarity throughout the decades. There are drinks, there's jazz, and no one will bother you while you enjoy them.
