Fabrications is a hot spot for all things textiles and launched on buzzy Broadway Market in 2000.

As well as selling a range of fabrics and other textile-related items, they also offer a range of bespoke services such as “Remember Me', where they lovingly transform your meaningful items into treasured new pieces. Whether you have an item left behind by a loved one you have lost or a sentimental garment once worn by your child, they can transform these items you're unable to part with into something new so you can enjoy them for many more years.

Participate in one of their textile-related classes where you can learn a new craft or hone the skills you already have. All of the teachers have a wealth of experience in their area and an understanding of different learning needs. Classes range from beginner lessons covering various topics, such as introduction to sewing machines, zips, buttons and binding, alterations and more. There are also hand sewing, embroidery, printing and dyeing, knitting and crochet classes to choose from. Alongside this, they host a fortnightly community craft night where you can bring your own knitting, sewing, or other textile projects, use the facilities, meet new like-minded people, and get expert advice.
