Up & Running was established by a husband and wife duo in Harrogate in 1992 and has since evolved into the UK's largest independent running store. They offer gait analysis and an excellent selection of running shoes for all abilities, alongside other equipment like kit designed for the London Marathon, hi-vis, backpacks, gloves and more. They've won several awards at the National Running Award.
