Chin Chin Ice Cream pioneered hand-churning ice cream with liquid nitrogen, adding a flair for unusual flavours and creative presentations to become mainstay of summers in the city since first launching in 2010. Their Soho Dessert Club offers more variety compared to the original Camden shop, including an emphasis on desserts, not just ice cream, as well as exclusives such as an Amalfi lemon sorbet on biscuit crumble & basil lemon curd, covered in blow-torched meringue & studded with tutti frutti candies.
