Pioneering both production techniques and offbeat flavours, Chin Chin Ice Cream has been a mainstay of summertime and social feeds in London since launching in 2010.

Chin Chin Labs, the ice cream vendor’s original location, was founded in Camden Lock. The proprietors’ novel idea of hand-churning their ice cream with liquid nitrogen supposedly improved on established methods, and the parlour soon became a hit with the crowds of locals and tourists that throng Camden.
