Knot Pretzels is an independent artisan coffee and pretzel company specialising in handmade pretzels and coffee that’s traded and freshly hand-roasted in East London. They started with a stall on Market Place in Kensington upon Thames in 2011 before opening a kiosk in Clapham Junction in 2012. Their pretzels are handmade in south London using 100% natural ingredients, following age-old artisan bread-making methods; it takes 22 hours to make a single pretzel.
