Lady Dinah's Cat Emporium opened in 2013 as a place for people to relax and enjoy the company of foster felines looking for their forever homes. It's London's first-ever cat café and has remained pretty booked up since it first opened. The café is located only a short walk from the bustling Brick Lane, Spitalfields Market and Colombia Road Flower Market and offers a quiet retreat from exploring the vibrant East End.

At Lady Dinah's you're encouraged to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the outside world and spend some time relaxing and enjoying a classic cream tea alongside the company of your new furry friends.

Once inside, you'll be met with a handful of cats who reside at the café as permanent residents for as long as they are happy to stay. Their behaviour is constantly monitored by the on-site team of cat carers, who can decide when they're ready to move on from café life. If you take a liking to a particular cat, if they're available for adoption, you can potentially give them a forever home.

You can enjoy a variety of sweet treats, like red velvet cake, salted caramel brownies and afternoon teas alongside a list of classic British teas.
