The Bridge is a community-led gym between The Shard and Southwark Bridge, with a team of warm and welcoming instructors and a head-bopping playlist. They have been supporting women's health and well-being since 1932 and today work with local women to ensure that healthy living is an integral part of everyday life. There's also a café which serves healthy, seasonal food, coffee, juice and protein shakes in a friendly environment.
