In the summer, this pop-up surprises with handmade small-batch ice creams in flavours you won't find elsewhere, produced in collaboration with top food brands – think pesto, Bird's custard, and Kikkoman soy sauce. Get a scoop or a tub but be warned, you'll probably have to queue.
