Kappacasein will be familiar to any Borough Market regular as the purveyors of melty cheese toasties. It's a lesser-known fact that they make their own cheeses, however. Their Spa Terminus shop is only open one day a week, offering a selection of Bill Oglethorpe's acclaimed cheeses, as well as yoghurt and other dairy products. All of them are made with milk from a 100% organic farm.
