Zabludowicz Collection champions emerging artists and showcases forward-thinking new work. The labyrinth-like building close to Chalk Farm station contains numerous spaces for showing digital work, film, installation, and two-dimensional pieces. Staff are friendly and welcoming, there’s a café on-site, and exhibition tours take place regularly so you can get a deeper insight into the work on show.

I always think this gallery is nice to visit because it’s so different from a typical white cube space. The work isn’t always to my taste and definitely won’t be for everyone, but I enjoy being able to see things that challenge me. If you enjoy sedate landscape paintings you should probably look somewhere else. Staff are always pleasant and the cafe does good coffee too.
