Trivia: Carnaby Street was the epicentre of London's alternative culture in the 60s and 70s, counting the likes of The Rolling Stones and The Sex Pistols among its regulars.

Shoppers, tourists, and influencers alike flock to Carnaby Street in droves to take advantage of its many retail and selfie opportunities. The world-famous street and its surrounding area are always immaculately decorated with vibrant, playful art installations, changing with the seasons or to commemorate special events. The pedestrianised shopping street is also home to a number of clothing and footwear stores showcasing the latest in urban fashion.

Some nice shops you won't find anywhere else here, and though busy, it feels less crowded than nearby Oxford Street etc. The street decor is quite stunning too, especially during the holidays.
