I have taken my bike to this shop for a repair, they changed parts of wasn't even faulty, charged me in advance, then I started to receive SMS from the shop to authorise more things which they said needs to be done. When I got the bike back, the issue was not resolved. I took the bike back to them, and that when I found out parts were replaced unnecessarily. In the end I payed over £200. I asked for a report of the service to claim some of the money from the warranty. The guy told me I will write it for you, give me two days, cutting the store short, he never did the report, I was calling everyday to enquire it and he was saying tomorrow, tomorrow ... Which never arrived. Then I popped in to ask for it, he old me I would have to pay more £50 for the report.
