Pop Brixton

Food containers rather than food trucks, the colourful Pop Brixton is a start-up culture and community hub with studios, businesses and restaurants operating out of reused shipping containers. There's plenty of mouth-watering food to choose from, including Lebanese baked goods, decadent vegan burgers, sugary churros, and a vibey open-air space to enjoy them in. On weekends, the resident cocktail, beer and wine purveyors make sure the nights go long, and there's various events on all the time. As it stands, the project is a temporary one, so catch it before it ... pops.
