Taking over the space that used to be the buzzy Papi, Auguste brings the same kind of creative culinary energy to the table, focusing it primarily through an assortment of flame-grilled arrosticini skewers, accompanied by low-intervention Italian wines and generous cocktails. These can be enjoyed solo in the downstairs bar, while diners can grab one of the tables or pitch up at the standing counter. The interior is clad in a playful pastel tones and walnut.
