I loved Ayllu, and it exceeded all my expectations! It's located downstairs of Smith's Bar & Grill and is all about Japanese and Peruvian fusion cuisine in a bright, bold space. There's a DJ spinning tunes and delicious tasting menus. The cocktails are also fab and the staff were so friendly.
