Bao Noodle Shop on a buzzy street in Shoreditch is inspired by the beef noodle shops of Taiwan. The menu is small but packs a punch, and all of the noodles are made in-house with ingredients that have been imported from Taiwan. You can always expect a selection of bao buns on the menu, as well as a Taiwanese ice dessert smothered in fruit and cream.
