The Barrafina chain is studiously expanding its traditional Spanish tapas around London. The concept is simple – an open kitchen with bar seating, letting you watch the chefs as they prepare the small dishes that are a staple of Spanish cuisine – tortillas, Iberian pork cheeks, ham croquetas, patatas bravisimas and more. Each restaurant also has its own daily specials – at Adelaide Street, these might include suckling pig, tuna tartar and almond tarts.
