When launching in January 2022, the gastro-centric concept of Boiler & Co quickly turned heads with its mixologists' approach rooted in a love for caramel-coloured beverages such as beer and whisky. These crafted concoctions are paired with celebrity chef Kerth Gumbs' (of Great British Menu fame) flavourful British-Caribbean cuisine. This culminates in a seven-course tasting feast with dishes such as crab johnny cake or roast scallops, with vegetarian options available as well.
