The debut solo venture of Trullo co-owner Conor Gadd, Burro is a spacious Italian restaurant with a hidden terrace right in the heart of Covent Garden. Despite the Italian focus, the venue design is partly inspired by Gadd's Irish roots for a look combining Irish country house kitchens and 1950s Italian bistros. The menu serves pastas and other classic Italian dishes, all made with a touch of that special Trullo magic.
