Tucked away behind its wonton-focused sibling Wonton Charlie's – you have to pass through the latter to get to it – Cafe Kowloon offers contemporary Cantonese cuisine inspired by the way Hong Kong likes to eat – think curry fish ball skewers, prawn toast with crispy heads and pickles, and whole grilled sea bass. The moodily lit venue features an open kitchen as well as banquettes with Lazy Susans for ease of sharing, and there's an intriguing cocktail list to pore over as well.
