Founded with the aim of bringing authentic Argentinian empanadas to the British public, Chango went from street-food and market success to its first permanent restaurant in Wimbledon. The Clapham Common branch remains a bakery, crafting the traditional South American pasty variant with a variety of fillings. As they're easy to heat up at home, they make for a great takeaway meal as well.
