In 2007, co-founders Eric and Dan decided to bring the taste of Mexico to the streets of London through their franchise, Chilango. It's all about the humble burrito here, made with marinated, hand-chopped, freshly-grilled ingredients that have been slow-roasted to perfection, like the steak grilled in a guajillo and arbol chilli rub. You'll find them all over the city, with some spots being delivery only.
