Soon after the closure of his restaurant Orasay, acclaimed chef Jackson Boxer relaunched the venue as Dove, aiming for a more flexible operation that's better suited to the difficult times in the hospitality industry. Unlike the previous restaurant's emphasis on Scottish seafood, Dove aims to serve comforting food inspired by what Boxer “wants to cook and eat right now” – think truffle lasagne, fried pizzette, roast chicken, and fior di latte soft serve with caviar.
