Due to serving the seldom-seen cuisine of the Uyghur minority from Northwest China, Etles Uyghur was already high on the list for adventurous foodies even before it was declared one of the top restaurants in London by those in the know. The food at this snug BYOB restaurant with traditional instruments and tapestries adorning the walls offers neverending hand-pulled noodles, skewers, offal dishes and many other regional specialties, often with a spicy kick.

A cosy local spot with really delicious Asian food. I always go for the noodles, but be careful if you don't like spicy food - they don't hold back. Really affordable prices too.

Didnt know much about Uyghur cuisine before we visiting, really interested mix of middle Eastern and Chinese influences. Amazing hand pulled noodles, definitely the dish to try
