Eve

Part of the Ember Locke aparthotel in Kensington, Eve is a stylish establishment that combines a restaurant, bar, and café, as well as boasting a pleasant garden area.

Furnished in soothing pastel colour tones, including abundant green highlights, plants, and natural materials for an alfresco garden ambiance even indoors, Eve is a trendy addition to the Kensington dining scene. Carefully designed, the venue features different spaces, open at different times for different purposes, whether it's breakfast in the café, pizza with friends in the restaurant, or a final tipple in the evening.

The kitchen at Eve is a collaboration with Proper Slice, serving up 48-hour sourdough pizza. The New York City-style slices are available with a range of toppings, and sides like parmesan fires or burrata are served as well. Pizza is also the star of the show during the weekend brunch, with unlimited pizza and salad provided for 90 minutes. Meanwhile, Eve's cosy café space serves pastries, cakes, juices, hot coffee, and other refreshing drinks. On weekdays, you can also grab one of the co-working spots and tick off a few items on your to-do list. 

After the day's work is done and the laptop is stowed away, you can head to the bar at Eve, where a selection of classic cocktails and signature serves awaits. The international wine list, featuring low-intervention, organic, or biodynamic wines, is available here as well.
