Heard is a burger concept by two Michelin-starred chef Jordan Bailey, quickly earning a reputation as one of London's top burger spots. Drawing on his fine-dining background, Bailey applies the same precision and focus on quality to elevate the humble burger, using 35-day aged regenerative meat, artisan cheese, and the finest produce, all tucked into a butter-toasted, roast potato bun.
