This upmarket modern European restaurant serves international dishes in a contemporary, cosy space. Although it's located on the busy Upper Richmond Road, it still feels comfortable and quiet, which is definitely helped by the warm and welcoming hospitality that's an integral part of how things are run here.

It's a trendy spot with striking mosaic-style flooring, stylish hanging lights and whitewashed exposed brickwork. You can keep it casual on tall bar stools or opt for a two-seater in the middle of the restaurant if you're dining with one other person. There's also a handful of seats for slightly larger groups.

The neighbourhood spot is a local favourite, further supported by how they teamed up to save the restaurant during lockdown when they were in danger of closing. Regulars joined together to purchase a personalised brick in the restaurant's wall, which you still see today if you visit.

Their food has nabbed several awards, including The Good Food Guide's title of London's Best Local Restaurant in 2019. Their menu is brimming with modern European dishes, like butternut squash and spiced chickpea tagine and braised featherblade of beef with garlic mash and treacle glazed carrots. There's also a decadent dessert menu for those with a sweet tooth, including salted caramel and pecan cheesecake, a vegan ice cream sundae with peanut and popcorn brittle, and a plate of churros with chocolate dipping sauce.
