Coming to London from France, Il Bambini Club presents a lavish take on the Italian trattoria, with over-the-top decor making the whole thing feel more like Versailles than nonna's Tuscan village. Opulent fabrics, chandeliers, and intricate decorative details don't let up at any point, and the menu continues the maximalist approach with all the things you'd expect of an Italian restaurant – fresh house-made pasta, wood-fired pizzas, heaped desserts, fine Italian wines, and so on.
