Surrounding a central charcoal grill, Impala in Soho draws on North African tradition and the culinary expertise of the former head chef of Kiln, Meedu Saad, for a menu wreathed in smoky flavours, charred tang, and licks of flame. Highlights include dishes such as roast duck stuffed with black lime and chillies, beef ribs, ike jime seabass, and more. Styled as a 1960s dining room, the venue's concrete pillars, polished veneers, and sheer fabrics add to the theatricality.
