Building on its pop-up success in Brighton and London, Khao Bird's first permanent outpost is located in the heart of Soho. With a blue-and-steel interior inspired by Chiang Mai traffic signage, as well as authentic Thai decor adding to the ambiance, the restaurant serves a modern take on Thai cuisine, prepped over a grill in the open kitchen. The two-storey venue, formerly an adult cinema, also includes a bar serving cocktails, slushies, and other drinks.
