Located in Chinatown and with access only if you knock on the locked door, Leong's Legend is a secretive and sought-after place for Taiwanese street food. Decked out with bamboo and traditional paintings, this was the first restaurant to offer fluffy gua bao buns in the UK. The dim sum are handmade to order and other treats include spring onion pancakes, pork ribs, congee, and noodles.
