The loss of the excellent Oklava restaurant was deeply felt by London foodies, so it comes as welcome news that the chef behind it is back in the kitchen. Leydi at the Hyde London City hotel is an elegant all-day Turkish eatery, serving everything from breakfast through to dinner.
