Mareida

Launched by pioneering Chilean chef Carolina Bazán, Mareida showcases her signature “New Chilean” style inspired by the Andean South. Drawing on influences from Patagonia to the Atacama, as well as the Chilean capital's Pan-American migrant populations, the menu features the likes of scallop parmesana, lamb corn cakes, and grilled sea bass. The food is accompanied by wines curated by Bazán's sommelier wife Rosario Onetto.
